The second stop was Cotton Road, about 5 minutes away from Tai Hang Road. Why is a street named after cotton? At the end of the 19th century, Jardine Matheson established Hong Kong's first cotton textile factory, the "Hong Kong Cotton Textile and Dyeing Company" here. Therefore, the street was named after Cotton to commemorate this event.

On the way to look for the street signs, you will pass by St. Paul's Seminary. I believe everyone who passes by will be shocked by its majestic appearance. St. Paul's Seminary includes the monastery, St. Paul's School, St. Paul's Hospital, nurses' dormitory and Christ the King Chapel. In 2011, St. Paul's Seminary was classified as a Grade I historic building in Hong Kong. Since 1930, Christ the King Chapel has maintained its original appearance. The church is in the shape of a Latin cross, and the main entrance has a statue of Christ the King holding the earth in his hands. There is a bell tower below it and a huge arch behind it, which is very classical.
There are three stained glass windows in the church. The Annunciation is on the left, Jesus Christ is in the middle, and the Assumption is on the right. Glass windows add a religious atmosphere to the church and greatly enhance the artistic feel of the interior.
After visiting the historic building, you can exit through the main entrance and walk to the left. The old T-shaped road sign on Cotton Road is just around the corner. Unfortunately, the street sign was stolen last year. Now only traces of rusty iron nails remain, and the street sign has yet to be recovered.
